Either confront it head-on or let it decide the course of our lives. Whichever option we choose will define us as the kind of humans we aspire to be. “There are really only two things that can turn a bad day into a great one: The first is love. But to be honest, that’s not for today. My third wife just dumped me. The second is a heist worth millions of euros,” future Spanish Mint robber Berlin, played again by Pedro Alonso, says at the very beginning of “Berlin,” the spinoff of from Money Heist (“La Casa de Papel”) which Netflix drops Dec. 29.
More precisely, in “Berlin,” he aims with his gang to steal €44 million’s ($47.5 million) worth in 63 jewels from 34 cities across Europe – Zurich, Milan, Saint Petersburg, and so on – in just one night, as they come together in Paris’ biggest auction house.

Fans of Netflix’s “Warrior Nun” have finally gotten what they wanted, it appears. After months of dedicated campaigning, series showrunner Simon Barry tweeted that the fantasy drama would be returning.
“Today I’m happy to officially report that because of your combined voices, passion and amazing efforts – #WarriorNun will return and is going to be more Epic than you could imagine,” Barry’s tweet read. He also teased that more details would be coming.
Amy Berg, who wrote three episodes of the series, confirmed Barry’s news, telling her followers, “Barry wasn’t hacked.”

When shows get cancelled by one network, they often have a chance to find a new home. Sometimes it doesn’t work out (I was surprised The Winchesters wasn’t able to find a new home after being cancelled by The CW), sometimes it does… And apparently Warrior Nun, a live-action series loosely based on Ben Dunn’s manga-style comic book Warrior Nun Areala, is one of the success stories. It was announced back in December that Warrior Nun had been cancelled after two seasons on the Netflix streaming service, but now series creator Simon Barry has revealed that season 3 is going to happen – and he says it’s going to be an epic revival!
Barry shared the news on Twitter, saying, “Today I’m happy to officially report that because of your combined voices, passion and amazing efforts – #WarriorNun will return and is going to be more Epic than you could imagine.

Money Heist was one of Netflix's biggest hits, so it makes sense that we're getting a spinoff with one of its most popular characters.
Netflix dropped the teaser trailer for Berlin during its Tudum global fan event, and it looks like a worthy next chapter for the franchise.
As previously reported, Berlin tells the tale of the titular character, but the streaming service has hinted in the past that "now is the time for Andrés de Fonollosa."
Based on the latest teaser alone, there will be plenty of action, comedy, and, most importantly, heists.
Starring alongside Pedro Alonso is Michelle Jenner as Keila, Begoña Vargas as Cameron, Julio Peña as Roi, Tristán Ulloa as Damián, and Joel Sánchez as Bruce.
The trailer certainly hints at some surprises along the way, including the arrival of some familiar faces from the original series.

The Snow Girl (La chica de nieve) is a thriller series created by Jesús Mesas Silva and Javier Andrés Roig. It stars Milena Smit and José Coronado. Based on the novel by Javier Castillo.
Today this thriller comes to Netflix with José Coronado as main actor and very well matched with Milena Smit, they are a good team of veteran journalist and budding crime investigator.
This series has six episodes and it is about a disappearance, broken families and intrigue that will guide us along the streets in Málaga in a thriller with dark places in which we have a “revelation”: Milena Smit, who we already knew of in Libélulas and, of course, Almodóvar’s, film, Parallel Mothers . She is the real star of this series and just to watch her, the series is worth viewing.

"I've been on this case for six years. All I want is to find the girl." Netflix has debuted the full-length official trailer for the mystery-thriller series titled The Snow Girl, based on the Spanish novel of the same name. It's another crime thriller about a journalist trying to find out what happened to a missing girl. Is anyone outside of Spain familiar with this story? When a little girl goes missing during a parade in Málaga, a young newspaper journalist becomes fiercely insistent on helping Amaya's parents find her. During the Cavalcade of the Magi parade, the Martín family's daughter disappears. Miren takes on the case, determined to find her. The series stars Milena Smit as Miren, José Coronado, Aixa Villagrán, Tristán Ulloa, Loreto Mauleón, Julián Villagrán, Raúl Prieto, and Cecilia Freire. This almost seems like Spain's The Girl with the Dragon Tattoo, but about a tough journalist trying...

“Warrior Nun,” a scrappy action-fantasy series that last month debuted its second season, has been canceled by Netflix, an individual with knowledge of the decision told IndieWire.
The series starring Portuguese actress Alba Baptista had in its short run developed a passionate fanbase online, and the show’s second season even spent three weeks on Netflix’s weekly Top 10 list for English-language TV, topping out at No. 5. “Warrior Nun” creator and showrunner Simon Barry tweeted Tuesday that the show would not return on Netflix, sparking the hashtag #SaveWarriorNun to trend on Twitter.
I’ve just found out that @netflix will not be renewing #WarriorNun – my sincere appreciation to all the fans who worked so hard to bring awareness to this series, and for the love you showed me, the cast and the whole production team. It was a privilege to be a part of this. pic.twitter.com/eZIBa4tJYm

Netflix is parting ways with Warrior Nun.
Deadline reported Tuesday afternoon that the cult favorite has been canceled after two seasons.
The second season of the series launched on November 10, but there was a lack of promotion for the series, likely contributing to the lower-than-expected performance.
Netflix had several opportunities to promote the show, including at its Tudum Global Fan Event, but the streaming service elected to let the show slip under the radar.
As a result, Warrior Nun Season 2 spent just three weeks in the streamer's weekly Top 10 for English-language series, with #5 being the peak.
The series also showed up on the Nielsen Streaming Chart for the week of November 7, with 595 million minutes viewed, coming in ahead of The Handmaid's Tale, Andor, and The Watcher for that week.

Netflix announced there was going to be a second season of their show Warrior Nun in a fun way, letting series creator / executive producer / showrunner Simon Barry break the news to cast members Alba Baptista, Toya Turner, Lorena Andrea, Kristina Tonteri-Young, and Olivia Delcan in a video that was shared on Twitter. Sadly, they won’t be replicating that scenario for a season 3 announcement. One month after Warrior Nun season 2 reached the streaming service, Netflix has confirmed that they will not be ordering another season of the show. Warrior Nun has been cancelled.

Exclusive: Netflix has opted not to order a third season of Warrior Nun. The decision was made a month after the Nov. 10 release of the fantasy drama’s second season.
Warrior Nun‘s second season ratings performance follows the pattern of other scripted series which have been canceled by Netflix as the streamer evaluates viewing vs. cost for their renewal decisions. Season 2 spent just three weeks in Netflix’s Weekly Top 10 for English-language series, peaking at #5. Warrior Nun has built a small yet passionate fan base, which helped it secure a second season renewal but was not enough to sustain the series in the long run.

Warrior Nun is an action/fantasy/adventure series created by Simon Barry starring Alba Baptista.
This series for young adults is showing signs of being a success, having been granted its second season. It is based on the comic ‘Warrior Nun Areala’ by Ben Dunn, who has also written God’s Silver Soldiers backup stories: Tales of Nazareth: The Boyhood of Jesus, thematically close to that in the series.
Warrior Nun Premise
After waking up in a morgue, Ava, a quadriplegic orphaned teen discovers she is the chosen one, the Halo-Bearer for a secret sect of demon-hunting nuns.
About the Series
A quite well produced series, in which various genres merge. It has action, fantasy, sci-fi and drama.
So, if you are seeking something down to earth and serious, the title is a definite give away that that is not what you will find in this series. There is a lot of action,...
