- Set an NFL record by recording 11 straight 100 yards games receiving. He broke his own team records (Dallas Cowboys) with career highs in receptions (111) and receiving yards (1,603) in the 1995 NFL season.
- Drafted 11th overall by the Dallas Cowboys in the first round of the 1988 NFL Draft out of the University of Miami(FL).
- He had 750 receptions for 11,904 yards and scored 65 touchdowns during his NFL career.
- Has a daughter, Myesha Beyonca, by former girlfriend, Felicia Walker.
