Gordon Ramsay’s hit reality TV show “MasterChef” was given the spin-off treatment in 2013 when an all-kids version, dubbed “MasterChef Junior,” debuted on the Fox network. Young chefs with a dream of cooking for a living were allowed to compete on the reality TV show as long as they were between the eligible ages of 8-13. The first-ever champion was Alexander Weiss (age 13), who beat out a dozen others to claim the trophy and the $100,000 cash prize. If you need a refresher on all of the “MasterChef Junior” winners now, scroll through our photo gallery below.
Besides Ramsay, other judges to call the shots on the competition series have included Graham Elliot, Joe Bastianich, Aaron Sanchez, Christina Tosi, Daphne Oz and Tilly Ramsay. Initially people were concerned that Ramsay’s penchant for throwing out F-bombs on shows like “MasterChef” and “Hell’s Kitchen” would be a problem on “Junior,” but...

Charly Pierre was eliminated from “Top Chef” last week in “Supper Club,” leaving nine cheftestants on the main show competing for a chance to win a feature in Food and Wine magazine; an appearance at the Food and Wine Classic in Aspen, Colorado; and $250,000 in prize money: Manny Barella, Kevin D’Andrea, Danny Garcia, Dan Jacobs, Savannah Miller, Laura Ozyilmaz, Amanda Turner, Rasika Venkatesa and Michelle Wallace. Except no, there weren’t just nine chefs left in the competition. This week not one, but two entered the show from “Last Chance Kitchen.”
So what happened in “Top Chef” season 21, episode six, “Chaos Cuisine,” when the size of the cast actually grew?
The episode begins with some “power bottom training” in the gym with Manny and Kevin, who have become close over the course of the season, bonded over exercise much like Danny and Rasika, but also bonded over their struggles in the competition.

Each MasterChef judge brings something unique to the television show. They provide expert-level critiques and personalities, while acting as the face of the series. The U.S. iteration started with Gordon Ramsay, Graham Elliot, and Joe Bastianich, but there was only one permanent female judge on MasterChef in Christina Tosi. The most recent panel includes Ramsay, Aarón Sánchez, and Bastianich. Here’s a list of four excellent chefs that would make great judges on the show.

The cooking competition TV show MasterChef has been a hit since 2010. And it almost seems as if each season is more intense than the last. Whether you are tuning in to get a glimpse of the amazing dishes, or if you just enjoy hearing foul-mouthed judge Gordon Ramsay’s insulting comments, there is no denying that the show is entertaining. Each season, home cooks line up in hopes of being selected as a contestant on the show. But it is not easy to get one of those white aprons. As part of a grueling audition process, MasterChef potential contestants have to prepare a signature dish.

Hey, "MasterChef" fans. Tonight, August 8, 2019, another elimination episode for this 10th season did indeed air with judges: Gordon Ramsay, Aarón Sanchez, and Joe Bastianich. Tonight's episode kicked off with Micah getting to pick someone from his winning team to participate in tonight's elimination challenge. Micah ended up picking Subha because he didn't follow instructions and what not. Next, it was revealed that the contestants had to make a delicious dish out of the following main ingredients: Shellfish, filet mignon and black truffle. Gordon demonstrated how he would use those ingredients. He made a quick surf and turf truffle dish really, really fast. Bri was really impressed. Next, it was revealed that the contestants had 45 minutes to complete their dishes. Bri said she felt comfortable making the dish. Bri told Joe and Aaron what she was making at one point. They liked what they heard. Nick told Gordon what he was making.
