Sex & Nudity

  • Sensually-dressed girls dominate. We also see Klingon girls being sexual in an aggressive and bossy way (a homage to every hood movie, like "A Low Down Dirty Shame," starring Keenan Ivory Wayans and Jada Pickett). But mild.

Violence & Gore

  • Strong graphic violence, and we see graphic Klingon rituals. Don't be fooled by the M rating. It's really an 18 (UK)/hard R. And there are "DS9" and "Voyager" episodes that graphic.

Profanity

  • There are some Klingon curses, that could be roughly translated to the F-word, and several of the stronger profanities. It's not super common, but it's there. Some crude humor.
  • Cinemax content advisory for this game: rated TV-MA-V for graphic violence (GV), adult language (AL), and adult content (AC). By pre-June 1994 content standards, Cinemax content advisory (using the February - June 1994 initial ratings reason bumpers): contains graphic violence, adult situations (although very close to including nudity), adult language, and adult humor (although bordering on graphic humor).

Alcohol, Drugs & Smoking

  • Some Klingon wine is shown. Nothing more.

Frightening & Intense Scenes

  • The nature of the game is gory and gruesome and unnerving.
