- TriviaAl Gore voices a fictionalized version of himself in the first of a handful of appearances on Futurama. At the time this episode was made and broadcast, Gore was still serving in office as the Vice President of the United States and would have been in the middle of the Democratic Primary for the 2000 Presidential Election.
- GoofsGiant Bender is 500ft tall and the Empire state building 1200ft tall. So when he falls on to it there is no way it can pierce him in the middle of his back.

Truly Inceptional!
Genius episode in how Futurama take the most ridiculous premise and turns it into something truly poignant.
For me, this is the pinnacle of Season 2 and an absolute Coup in terms of cameos...
Al Gore played Al Gore and Stephen Hawking actually came up with his own replies... apparently unscripted....
And let's not forget the legendary Lt. Uhara from the Starship Enterprise, Nichelle Nichols...
Aaaannnd... Gary Gygax... the ultimate master of "what if" tabletop fantasy.
How the actual does a single episode of a single TV gather this number of world renowned people into one episode????
Legendary rank episode!
