Francesca 'Frankie' Thomas: You hand over Merlin right now, and I'll announce I'm pulling out of the election.
Matthew McDougal: [holds out his hand] Pleasure doing business with you.
Francesca 'Frankie' Thomas: This wasn't business. This was blackmail.
Michael Collins: Correction: politics.
Matthew McDougal: And if you're gonna be in politics, you have to expect...
Rosie Cartwright: Rats?
Matthew McDougal: To make deals.
Rosie Cartwright: Well, Frankie's done her part.
Matthew McDougal: Yes, she has.
[Marco opens the locker, but he and the SOCs see that Merlin's not there. The SOCs push the M&Ms against a wall]
Matthew McDougal: He was in there, I swear.
Michael Collins: He must've escaped.
Rosie Cartwright: What, he picked the lock?
Matthew McDougal: They are very cunning.
Kenny Tan: And you're going to be very dead if anything happens to 'im!
Marco Di Pieri: If he did escape, he would be all right, wouldn't he?
Kenny Tan: Of course he wouldn't!
Rosie Cartwright: He's a pet; he doesn't know how to fend for himself.
Marco Di Pieri: What if, say, someone hadn't locked the door? He wouldn't be able to open it, would he?
Kenny Tan: Of course he'd be able to open it. He's a wonder rat.
Marco Di Pieri: He was such a cute little guy.
Kenny Tan: Don't say "was"!
Rosie Cartwright: That's right. He's still out there somewhere. We have to find him.
Matthew McDougal: So do we.
Rosie Cartwright: You're going to help?
Matthew McDougal: Of course. We find him first, Frankie still has to do the deal and pull out.
Felicity 'Fliss' Sidebotham: [narrating] Frankie had to race back to get ready for her speech. We decided to make one last desperate attempt to find Merlin before the year seven assembly began.
