She may be choosing to be vague deliberately so that the viewer will assume the worst. This would be to cause greater damage to Allen. It was not until a CBS television interview in 2018 that she specified the allegation was one of inappropriate touching, not penetrative rape. It's quite possible Dylan is unsure what, if anything, happened and her lack of detail confirms this.
