Tim Drake: All clear. All clear. All clear. Wow, look over there! It's an empty hallway again.
Bernard Fitzmartin: Why don't you say "All clear" one more time? It was, really, such a delightful phrase.

The consensus seems to be how poor this season has been
Season 4 seems to suffer from budgetary issues, in addition to poor writing and a generally weird story arc (magic is always a lazy choice for a superhero show).
If you notice, most characters are out of costume and spend much of each episode standing around and talking. Not as much action as in Seasons 1 through 3 (also meaning fewer costly effects). And the addition of the generally annoying Jinx character doesn't help the quality of this season so far.
Let's talk about the Tim Drake character. He's supposed to be a genius and a master detective, but we've seen none of that this season while he trains to be Robin. (While early on, he did figure out the secret identities of some key heroes, that was a long time ago and now he basically stands around and whines.)
Star Labs again looks very different in this iteration. Not the same as in "The Flash" (which might be on a parallel Earth) but it should be the same as the one in "Doom Patrol", since they seem to share a "universe". And we won't even talk about the Star Labs from the Snyder films, which again is very different. The Titans Star Labs seems generally underpopulated. For such a secure environment, there's very few people around. Obviously a budget decision on the part of the producers.
At roughly the halfway point in Season 4, we have bad writing and plotting, poor special FX, disposable characters who we won't miss, and a show that looks like it just doesn't care anymore. There are 6 or so episodes left to redeem this season, and no indication there will be a Season 5 (at this rate, WarnerDiscovery CEO David Zaslav could do what Luthor and the others couldn't - kill off the Titans).
Very disappointed in the direction this series has taken.
