Sex & Nudity
-
- Innuendo in episodes where body parts like legs, butt or bellies are sexualised or used as resource for humor.
- They end up having having nudity but it's covered with objects and only a bit of nudity is shown.
- Often scenes of starfire twerking to songs. No nudity shown.
- Poison Ivy wears a midriff.
- In one episode Beast Boy transforms into a bull and squirts milk onto the DC superhero's faces while saying "milk on yo face" and he squirts "milk" on Wonder Woman's face 3 times. Since Beast Boy is a male the white stuff he squirts out is obviously not milk, this joke will probably go over kids' minds.
- Infrequent/Mild Mature/Suggestive themes.
- When Robin sings A Superhero Movie in Teen Titans Go: To The Movies, there is a part where Robin twerks in a movie theater.
- Beast boy has a strong liking for raven.
Violence & Gore
-
- Titans use knives, swords, and a staff as weapons, and one has arms that can transform into a machine gun.
- Robin would always be aggressive and hit the Titans.
- In one chapter, Raven is shown bleeding from her finger.
- References to hell.
- There is lot of Slapstick Violence throughout in series.
- Pirates : Raven punches Beast Boy in the head multiple times when he unnecessarily pulls her hood down. (Played for laughs.)
- Plenty of onscreen deaths. These are played for humor.
- The titans can be violent jerks at times.
- Most episodes include some comic violence.
Profanity
-
- One quick use of the phrase "oh, my god" in the episode "Beast Man."
- "booty" "heck" and other language are used in the show there's also some mild insults used in a non-harmful way usually rude humor
- In season 5 Stocktown,CA there is two bleeped words.
Alcohol, Drugs & Smoking
-
- A quick moment in the episode "Whodundidit?" shows off a picture of the Penguin with a cigarette holder in his mouth.
Frightening & Intense Scenes
-
- The frequent crude humor may turn-off some people.
- Threat is comic and not sustained.
- Robin could get aggressive and scare kids like in one episode he gets really really mad.
- None and moderate in a lot of episodes.
- The reason why the series is bad because the series became comedy and satirical, and it doesn't have much epic fight due to slice of life.
- Hellish, injury-implying, and disgusting images are used but it's meant to be funny, including the Titans teaching the audience no or wrong morals.
- Like kral sakir (laith the king) teen titans go is being immature and frustrating.
- For kids/tweens.
