  [the camera spots Sara in disguise] 

  Grigori Rasputin : [getting his attention]  Hello? Kevin, right here.

• Grigori Rasputin : I've invited my dearest Czarina and her family over for dinner. Tonight will be a night that you can remember.

  [he giggles with laughter] 

  Monk : That... that doesn't sound right.

  Grigori Rasputin : What?

  Monk : The-the laugh, you... you need to nail the laugh before we kill the Romanovs and take the throne.

  Grigori Rasputin : It's a work in progress. How about this?

  [clearing his throat, he cackles maniacally] 

  Sara Lance : [watching on the Waverider]  He's gonna kill the Romanovs.

  Behrad Tarazi : Making him an immortal Czar.

  Sara Lance : We can handle this.

  Behrad Tarazi : We can? What about the team?

  Sara Lance : Shh, they're not thinking straight. And their cover's blown. Look, this is up to you and me, B. We are gonna stop this assassination alone.
