Breathe has a decent start, nothing spectaculair or something that will reach the newspaper but a world where human kind is dieing is always a little bit fascinating to me.
And then... Alice from Resident Evil has returned! Now thinking about it.. they can maybe connect these two movies. Anyway.. I still like to see her on the big screens, so +1. Also the father from the child -> great actor.
The script is.. well.. okay.. and the acting is also okay... You can enjoy this movie without thinking to much about everything till a certain point.
That certain point is reached about 30minutes till the end.. rip Allice. At that point everything goes downhill.
Everything gets rushed... The script goes bad, the story line doesnt make sense anymore, the fellow follower guy goes from being helpfull to being the leader/mastermijdn and evil knievel (i mean.. that is some character build up and 180° switch in less then 20seconds).. oh.. and that moment where the woman and child can just walk out of the room without any intervention from the evil knievel.. i mean come on!!! How unnrealistic!! What was the director thinking!! And the mother.. somehow surviving the night without air,, drives back with the car and somehow ends up on a roof where she reunites with the kid??? Anyway, mother was a terrible actrice in the whole movie.
