What happened to the legends, the only reason I watch is because Sara from arrow, but this became to be about love Zari and Mona at the ended with a lot of audiotun. The pros is what Ray and Nora was doing. The new episode looks interesting

The worst episode
aguithooo18 April 2019
I'm a big fan of the Arrowverse (especially Arrow, The Flash and Legends). They came well until the episode 4x08, then everything went out of control and it is still an absurd comedy. The suits of Atom, White Canary, Steel and Zari are not seen since last season. They do not mention other characters of the Arrowverse, it seems a different universe. Sara Lance was literally a professional killer, now stand-up. Mona is the most annoying character in the entire series. Mick did not do anything interesting since season 2, he just appears eating or drinking. I do not understand how Dominic Purcell (excellent actor) allows this terrible writing for his character. The only thing that was good (a little) was the plot of Nora and Constantine. There are many episodes of filling and do not contribute anything to the central plot.

What did I just watch??
qbradford-1544710 June 2019
The allegedly Bollywood-inspired section of this episode was so full of cheese and corn!!! Add a little tomato sauce and some noodles and you'll have yourself a lasagna. I usually enjoy musical numbers but this was so extremely over-the-top that I just couldn't stomach it. It would have been better had they left this part out entirely even if it meant a shorter episode.

The real star here was Brandon Routh AND ILL TELL YOU WHY
casview20 January 2021
Warning: Spoilers
Yes this was about an amazing author but the real acting and movement belongs to Brandon Routh. Though most the episode surrounds zari and her capturing the hindu love god kamadeva, mona and her inner rationalizations and the general hijinks... the real star shown in the scenes where the dust of the old god blasted through the vents of the wave rider and dosed the team with a healthy vial of love and passion. We find ray palmer standing at the bed, flexing at the lust of his lady before him. He then asks (and this is the key moment) if she again wants him in bed with her. ASKING IF ITS OK, he continues to kiss her neck and give her what he gets permission to intimately be able to do. This is very important as even though he could've gotten away with less, nora dark was hurt and broken in many ways and he wanted nothing more than to be what helped her heal rather than just get his rocks off. The dust brought him to the edge of lust but he never lost being the kindest soul on the ship. Miss you, ray. Respect.

Don't overthink it, it's the Legends
ddumble22 November 2021
Warning: Spoilers
Why would a time travel show visiting Jane Austen in Regency period England suddenly break into a Bollywood-inspired musical number? Because it's the Legends! After a sub-mediocre first season this show hit its stride when it started to take big, ridiculous risks that usually paid off, and this episode is an great example of that. It helps that it focuses mainly on Zari, who quickly became the show's go to character after she joined. The highlight is the aforementioned musical number, which is goofy and inspired. But the show also develops the Ray/Nora romance beyond the flirty stage, and finally integrates Mona into the team.

Speaking of big risks, this episodes also takes one of the biggest in the show's run by revealing the reason for Nate's father's duplicity, and supposedly it was re-written because the showrunners liked guest actor Tom Wilson so much they decided not to make him the bad guy. It's a bit of a heel turn, but they pull it off in the end.

Few shows could manage to have an episode that starts with a funeral be as entertaining as this one is, develop multiple plot lines, and maintain character integrity. This episode is possibly the best of season 4.

Decent.
cruise0112 August 2019
Episode 4.11(3 out of 5 stars).

A decent episode. That takes the concept in Jane Austins time era. And a love theme that brings our Sarah and her crew. Entertaining, fun, and a bit slow with its story.

This is why I love Legends of Tomorrow
Vesuvius9317 April 2019
Warning: Spoilers
I understand it's taste so I get where the other reviewers are coming from, but I absolutely loved this episode. I found it very funny and silly, but it also had some serious moments as well as some story progression. It was definitely a filler episode. I think you will either absolutely love this episode, or absolutely hate it. Why I did not give this a 10 is because the love between Ray and Nora has not received enough attention (almost no screen time nor seeing them writing each other love letters) to let it progress the way it did in this episode.

Too sensual for me
Flippo920427 October 2019
Warning: Spoilers
I didn't like it, it's way too forced, a bit too much tension, the tune of the song is amazing there's even a mini docu about that. The lyrics are blend: even I could write better lyrics, and I'm not even a native english speaker. There is however a good part of this episode: Hank's wake. Most parts that were good this season were John's magical parts.

Bollywood and Jane Austen
stormyblue-8026321 May 2019
I love this show for how fun it is and how it embraces absurdity. It makes a nice break from how the other Arrowverse shows can take themselves so seriously. Time travel is apt to create strange dichotomies and this one made me laugh out loud. Yes the Flash musical episode wasn't that great despite having excellent singers. The musical number was only one segment of the show, but is was really well done as a number and as an emotional climax of the episode.

Big Fan of the Show But This One Backfired.
sbulgacs17 April 2019
Warning: Spoilers
So they go back to Jane Austens time. She lived in industrial Britain where the valleys, towns and villages were full of smoked stained buildings, choking smog and misery and the hill tops were barren moorland and mud. Okay so it wasn't that bad but..... Then the singing, why? I don't get it. The threesome thing was just eurgh. More suited to a full on "adult" movie. The series has been okay so far minus the Mexican wrestling werewolf side story. I hope it picks up next episode.

Most awesome episode of the series till date.....
deviprasannamishra20 June 2019
Warning: Spoilers
I loved the way Hinduism was introduced though ending was like a bit unexpected. I loved the musical and the bollywood dance off that I guess was done nicely. I hope the legends cast could show more of India or maybe visit sometime. I am really looking forward for more Indian culture to be introduced.

The Flash musical crossover was bad enough.
michaelwilson-7250216 April 2019
Warning: Spoilers
By now I thought the Arrowverse would have learned three important lessons.

1.) Musicals in these shows are a terrible idea - like Flash episode 3x17.

2.) Episodes that go into too much depth about love and romance are hard to watch - like Arrow episode 4x16, Supergirl 2x13, and Flash 3x17.

3.) Musical and romance episodes are nothing but fillers and examples of why the seasons need to shorten.

This episode of Legends was not only a filler, but hardly watchable because of the Arrowverse ignored the three above lessons. They really need to improve this season because before this episode it was already boring. Now it's a lot worse.

First half of the season was amazing, second half needs to improve FAST!
ProBreaker18 April 2019
Warning: Spoilers
Honestly, i was so excited for LoT coming back from winter break, but man have i been disappointed so far.

1) Neron has done nothing so far, he is basically just a recurring cameo who pops in for a while so you don't forget he exists. Killing Hank was the first big thing he has done all season, and it is completely undermined by a Bollywood musical number, and "Heyworld".

2) What is up with Zari and Nate? They have barely been on screen together the entire season, and now suddenly they have feelings for each other? The romance these last few episodes have really gotten on my nerves. They finally got rid of Ava (i am so tired of her and Sarah whining about everything constantly), and then they immediately come up with this ridiculous pairing. Ray and Nora on the other hand, such a great development.

3) Did the legends actually save time or what? The whole "Jane Austen never wrote her books" plot, which was the main reason they were in the past in first place, kinda just get left hanging. It made it really obvious that Jane Austen was just used as a plot device for Mona's really stupid side story about true love, when there are so many other aspects of her character to work on, like the fact that she does absolutely nothing (I don't count her song in the end of the episode, because that was god awful).

4) Mick and Constantine, where are they? Mick has been pretty much sidelined since LoT came back. For the past 3 episodes, the only good moment with Mick was when he gave Mona a speech about love in episode 9. And Constantine, he is reduced to a deus-ex-machina that throws a spell every once in a while. Need to prove Nora didn't kill Hank? Luckily his spirit is still around and John knows a spell. Need to escape from the Time Bureau? Luckily John knows an illusion spell. His role in this episode was especially bad, he spoke twice to Ray, and spent the rest of the time talking to himself/Neron (and took a jab at Mick).

I love this show, but is going downhill fast. I truly hope that Neron gets to come out and play soon, and that all of this is just leading up to an epic conclusion, because if it does not, then I do not know if i can stomach another season.

I'm tapping out. Worst episode yet.
rchatts16 April 2019
Warning: Spoilers
This show is absolute crap now. 1st season was OK. It showed so much promise. But this season & in particular this episode was absolute garbage. It's become big bang theory & supernatural merged together (which also both suck). It's a superhero show with no superheroes. Even The Walking Dead didn't go this far off the rails.

They have gone Bollywood!
Australian120 April 2019
When the show first started, I watched it with pleasure. I like all Time Travel shows, movies, have seen them all. Timeless was a smarter show than this with more likeable character. So was Continuum and they only last a short time. This show turned into homosexuality promotion. This particular episode is the pits! Trying to change what is fact and then we end up with an Indian type of music and dance! sheesh!

Who keeps selling these dumb ideas?
PapaGrounds19 September 2020
Warning: Spoilers
In every other series these days you keep seeing these totally random musical episodes...who keeps telling the producers that it would be a great idea to stuck a unrelated musicals in shows that are nowhere near the genre?! That's laziest form of writing in the history of shows so just stop it. The age of the musicals has been dead for years and let's keep it that way.

Getting worried
ccastonguay-5106426 August 2019
I used to love this show but I almost feel like I'm watching it out of obligation. It's become so campy it makes Supergirl look like Jessica Jones. I hope the rest of this season turns around.
